In accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, it is reported that the owner of the FESTIVAL DAU website (hereinafter, the “Website”) is: ASSOCIACIÓ CLUSTER DE PRODUCTES INFANTILS DE CATALONIA, company with registered office at C/Perú 196, 08020 Barcelona with CIF G65373912 and with a contact address that appears in the “Contact” tab (hereinafter, “FESTIVAL DAU”).

  9. (IX) is contrary to the right to honor, to personal and family privacy or to people’s own image;
  10. (X) in any way undermines the credit of FESTIVAL DAU or third parties;

  12. (XII) impersonate or attempt to impersonate other Users on the Website;
  13. (XIII) constitutes, if applicable, illegal, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;

Exemption from liability
